We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work in a dynamic and growing global consulting firm with a German office located in Frankfurt. Responsibilities include the execution of administration, human resources, marketing and travel related activities in coordination with central corporate areas and local outsourcers. Main tasks would be: -General administrative responsibilities: office reception desk, calls, mailing, shipping, filing and copying. -Manage procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture. Monitor and control office supplies and hardware. -Support personnel recruiting process: arrange meetings with candidates and update Human Resources Data Bases, and support training activities and available training documentation. -Organize meetings and seminars relating to the Financial Industry: monitor assistance, deal with hotel and catering services, etc. -Manage contacts with hotels, apartment owners, flight and train booking agencies. Search for best offers ensuring corporate policies are observed. Deal with reservations and bookings.
