Joining the HR Mexico team in our offices in CDMX (Santa Fe and Reforma) performing the following tasks: Talent Selection. - Search of candidates in platforms such as LinkedIn and others, according to vacancies in different geographies. - Filtering and evaluation of CVs through competency-based interviews and group dynamics. - Candidate management from the offer to onboarding, coordinating welcome activities. - Participation in the definition of recruitment strategies. Relationship with Universities and Events - Organization and participation in university events to attract talent. - Management of offers in portals and university networks. - Updating of universities and key careers to attract strategic profiles. Administrative Management and Support - Employee and external support, managing registrations, cancellations, offboarding and administrative questions. - Accurate record keeping in candidate systems and shared folders. - Verification of candidate documentation, in coordination with HR and relevant departments. - Collaboration in the organization of volunteer events and sports activities. Onboarding and Staff Development - Coordination of the onboarding process and follow-up of mentoring programs. Analysis and Reporting - Updating of KPIs and participation in the definition of recruitment needs. - Preparation of reports on compensation and benchmarking practices. Training - Support in the management of the annual training plan and implementation of new courses, as well as reporting on training satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate preferably in Psychology or Administration. 
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus. 
  • Advanced English. 
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in recruiting. 
  • Good communication and social skills. 
  • Curiosity and proactivity.
  • Organization and excellence orientation. 
  • Team work. 
  • Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. 
  • Excel proficiency. 
  • Passion for recruitment.
