Talent recruitment: participation in events at leading universities, publication of offers, contact with study centers (universities, business schools) and other sources for recruiting and retaining candidates. Constant contact with candidates and other stakeholders, both internal and external. Selection: filtering and management of candidacies, candidate databases and job portals. Management of selection tests and participation in group dynamics, as well as in personal interviews. Support to other functions of Human Resources.
Requirements
  • Students in the last years of Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations and similar careers, as well as postgraduate courses in Human Resources or other related disciplines.
  • Possibility of doing full time.
  • Valuable upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Other aspects: solid academic trajectory, dynamism,will excel, work capacity, maturity, responsibility and ease of integrationinto multidisciplinary work teams
